Ordering, Shipping & Refunds


By ordering any product through ChronicKitchen.ca you acknowledge that you are 19+ years of age.

We ship all across Canada!

Age Verification

Due to provincial regulations, we require that anyone that orders through ChronicKitchen.ca to provide a piece of government issued ID verifying legal age.  If you are unable to upload a picture through your account or if you have logged in as a guest, an email will be sent to you, upon your first order (within 1 business day), including a link to upload a photo of your ID (max 6M, jpeg / png).

Identification must clearly show:

  • Picture
  • Date of birth
  • Address must match shipping address listed on order

Ordering Instructions

Payment can be made through Email Transfers

  • Set up C. Kitchen [payment@ckgoods.ca] as a payee/recipient for email transfers
  • Once your order is placed, you will find the password to enter at the bottom of the confirmation page
  • Transfer order amount and please include Order # under comments
  • Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and shipped out
  • PLEASE NOTE – do not write in the notes what you are ordering and/or any reference to the website OR else we will not be able to accept the payment and you will have to send another e-transfer at your cost.


  • Click pay via PayPal and it will redirect you to the PayPal site where you can either sign in, or checkout as a guest (with this option you can pay via credit card)
  • For discretion, orders will show up on statements as C.Kitchen

Your order will show as being on hold until the payment has been received and deposited into our accounts.  Your bank should notify you as soon as the transfer has been accepted. Once accepted, your order will be packed within 2-3 days, and the status will be changed to ‘complete’.  We will notify you once your order has been completed, and a tracking number will be provided to you in an email from Canada Post.

Your order will be kept On Hold till we receive your E-transfer. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, your order will be canceled.

Shipping Information

Once we are able to verify age, and payment has been received, your order will be processed and shipped out.  We ship out packages using Canada Post.  Within the Greater Vancouver Area, generally, it would be delivered the next business day and the rest of BC and all other provinces shipping times can vary. (Note: In the summertime with the heat, if the order is placed on Thursday or later on in the week, the package will ship out Monday).  One of the most common reason for delays is wrong shipping address, for example, you provide your street address but your mail goes to a PO Box.

We respect all of our customer’s privacy – packaging is discreet and completely odor free.

**please note if your order includes any clothing / merchandise – we do have to special order some items and it can take up to 7 – 10 days before shipping – we will send you an email if this is the case**

If you have a community mail box and would like to avoid items going missing or melting in the summer heat, we would recommend you set up a free service with Canada Post and have your package with us, go to a local post office of your choice.  To sign up go to canadapost.ca/flexdelivery

Having troubles with your Cart at Checkout – it may be your server and an easy fix is to go Incognito. 

Refund Policies

We here at Chronic Kitchen, take pride and stand behind everything that we make!  However shit happens and there is only so much we can control.

All edibles are perishable and must be stored properly.  IF you receive an edible that is unsatisfactory or has melted from the summer heat, you must notify us within 24 hours of Canada Post delivery notification (as per the tracking information) with a picture of the damaged item.  If you feel that any other product is defective, you must contact us within 7 days of arrival with a picture of the damaged item.

Chronic Kitchen will not take any responsibilities on damage or lost items that are shipped.  WE will do our best to fix or find lost packages however we can’t make any guarantees.  Any shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

No Cash, Debit or Credit will be refunded, ONLY online store Credit will be issued.
